A man from Watford has been arrested in connection with a murder investigation in which a father-of-two was shot in the face.
Esam Ayad, from Harlow, Essex, died after he was shot at an address in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, on December 4 at 9.25pm.
The 26-year-old, who was engaged and father of two young children, was rushed to hospital but died from his injuries.
On Friday, Hertfordshire Constabulary made a fourth arrest after a 27-year-old man, from Watford, was arrested in Letchworth on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
A 16-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man, both from Broxbourne, have already been arrested on suspicion of murder. They have both been released on bail while the investigation continues.
A 25-year-old man, of no fixed address, who was also arrested on suspicion of murder, has been recalled to prison.
