Principality Building Society has appointed Debra Williams as Non-Executive Director to its Board.

Debra brings a wealth of board level experience and will bring considerable experience in the e-commerce and digital transformation arenas.

Debra’s experience includes board level positions across the financial and fintec industry, including Admiral Group and Tesco Bank. Debra’s CV also includes senior positions at Swansea University, Confused.com and Tesco Compare, where she was CEO during 2008-2010.

Debra’s strong entrepreneurial drive is clear after founding Motokiki, the UK’s first online comparison site for car tyres. Debra also has a passion for supporting future businesses through her advisory role on the Alacrity Foundation, which supports the development and scaling of start-up businesses.
