NEWPORT County’s League Two clash at Grimsby Town next Saturday has been postponed due to the Welsh club’s international call-ups.
Keeper Tom King, defender Danny McNamara and striker Keanu Marsh-Brown are all unavailable for the game, which was set to come a week after tomorrow’s FA Cup tie between the sides.
King last night received a call-up to the Wales squad, while McNamara is involved in the Republic of Ireland U21 set-up and Marsh-Brown is away with Guyana.
This is the second time this season that County have postponed a game due to international call-ups.
Last month’s trip to Cheltenham Town had to be rearranged after McNamara, Marsh-Brown and Lewis Collins were unavailable.
