CARDIFF Bus will be operating to a Saturday timetable on its weekday services, from Monday, March 23, due to coronvirus concern.
A statement on its website said: "Since Monday’s government statement which recommended all non-essential travel should be avoided, we have seen a reduction in the number of people travelling.
"We know many of you will still need to travel to-and-from work, school, college or to the shops and rely on our buses to get you there.
"We’d like to reassure you that we’re still operating buses.
Services 12, 15, 64, 65, 65A, 98, Cardiff MET M1, M2, M3, M4 and school routes which will follow their normal Monday to Friday timetables.
The Cardiff Heath Hospital Barry Island service 95 is resulting in a special service which will run between Wood Street in the city centre and the Heath Hospital to connect customers who would normally catch the 95 service between the Vale of Glamorgan and Heath Hospital.
These customers will need to change buses at Wood Street JR.
Normal weekend timetables still apply.
