A TEENAGER has been charged with possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply and supplying cannabis.
Lewis Harry, 19, of Greene Close, Newport, appeared before Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place on May 15 in Newport.
Harry was remanded in custody in a young offender institution.

He is due to appear before Newport Crown Court on June 15.
