POLICE data from January until May has revealed that anti-social behaviour is the most common crime in Penarth.
Using the data, we looked at the statistics for criminal activity at Penarth’s top 10 main streets and places this year, and top of the pile for crime was Upper Cosmeston Farm, while Beach Road wasn’t far behind.
No crimes have been reported so far this year on Redlands Road or Windsor Road in Penarth according to the data.

One of the crimes reported was a public disorder offence, while the other was “theft from the person”.
