Speeding driver clocked doing 63mph in a 30mph zone
A DRIVER who was caught speeding whilst travelling at more than twice the limit has been punished in court.
Amanda Jane Dix, 37, of Salisbury Close, Penarth, was clocked doing 63mph in a 30mph zone in a BMW 335d.
The offence took place on Jenner Road in Barry on November 14, 2020.
At Cardiff Magistrates’ Court, Dix was ordered to pay £244 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
