A POPULAR item-lending organisation has moved into the garage at the Kymin on Beach Road and is back open after a brief break.

Benthyg Penarth launched in April last year, and was previously located in Rowleys the Jewellers on Glebe Street.

The move to the Kymin comes as plans were made to refurbish the building that had been left empty for two years.

Benthyg has a selection of items that can be borrowed by members of the public.

Items available include lawnmowers, toys and pressure washers.

The items can be collected from the site or arrangements can be made to deliver whtever is ordered.

This is done via an 'e-cargo bike' and all deliveries are free.
