THE latest data from Public Health Wales shows that there are 71 new Covid cases in Wales.
Of those 71 new cases, two were recorded in the Vale of Glamorgan and there are 10 in Cardiff.
Cardiff has double the amount of reported cases compared to anywhere else in Wales.
Three people have died in Wales, taking the death toll to 7,448 since the start of the pandemic.
None of the new deaths occurred in the Cardiff and Vale area, which means it remains that 952 people have died in the region.
