POLICE are looking for a man who was last seen nearly two weeks ago.

South Wales Police are appealing for information to help find 25-year-old Joel Phillips.

Joel Philips was last seen in Llandough in the evening on Friday, July 8 – he has links to Penarth.

Anyone with information that can help locate 25-year-old Joel Phillips is asked to contact South Wales Police.
