Fears are growing for Penarth man Joel Phillips who has been missing for more than a fortnight.

Mr Phillips, 25, was last seen in Llandough on the evening of Friday, July 8.

Officers from South Wales Police are "increasingly concerned" for his safety.

Mr Phillips is described as being slight of build and he has dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a burgundy t-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms and black and white trainers.

South Wales Police issued a short statement on social media.

A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "Joel Phillips, 25, is still missing and officers are increasingly concerned for his well-being.

"Joel, from the Penarth area, was reported missing on Friday, July 8 and has not been seen since.

"He is described as being of slight build and was last seen wearing a burgundy t-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms and black and white trainers.
