A MAN required emergency assistance after suffering a medical episode in Penarth today, February 22.
South Wales Police said they were called this morning as a man suffered a medical episode on Redlands Road.
Buses had to be diverted because of the incident including the 92 and 94.
The services were diverted onto Victoria Road and didn't serve Stanwell Road for a period of time.

Police confirmed the ambulance service was involved as well as their involvement.
In a statement South Wales Police said: “At just after 9.30am an elderly man suffered a medical episode on Redlands Road.
"The road was blocked while an ambulance was called to the scene.
"The man was taken to hospital and the road re-opened at 11.20am.”
