THE MURCH Bowling Championships were held on Saturday, September 11. Individual Singles Championship winners were Belinda Price and Harry Guppy.
Club members raised £500 throughout the past lawn-bowling season and a cheque was presented to Captain Roberts of the Salvation Army, the nominated captains' charity, by the husband and wife team of Arthur and Gloria Perry, captains of the men's and ladies' teams respectively.
