ST CYRES pupil Sarah Toshack of Year 9, has once again excelled in gymnastics.
Sarah recently won the Welsh Senior Ladies Gymnastics Championships for Special Needs in Cardiff's National Sports Centre.
She won individual gold in the vault, floor, beam and A-bars, and a further gold medal and trophy for being the overall winner.
Sarah now goes on to compete at the British National Championships in Nottingham.
