ONCE again I am looking for the kind help of the people of Penarth.

I am looking for Mr Ken Palmer who once lived in Salop Place, at the top end of King Street, when we were boys.

I was born in King Street. I am now in touch with a friend of his living around Birmingham and he would very much like to get in touch with Ken.
