RE THE Penarth Bakery. Obviously not to dispute the judicial findings, but I wish to state that during the 30 years plus I have lived in Penarth, I have enjoyed their excellent bread on a daily basis.
Also the cakes, etc. It may also be relevant to add that over this period I have reached nonagenarian status.
