ALL schools across the Vale of Glamorgan will be closed this Thursday and Friday, due to severe weather warnings issued as a result of Storm Emma.
The 'Beast from the East' as it has been coined, is set to cause heavy snowfall towards the end of this week, with the Vale council confirming on Wednesday afternoon (February 28) that all schools in the county would be shut for at least the following two days.
Severe weather warnings have been issued across the country, with temperatures expected to drop to as low as minus 4 on Wednesday night.
