PARTICIPANTS from Barry and Penarth recently took part in a SUP4LIFE event for the Wave Project.
The event took place at the Cardiff International White Water Centre.
Supporters of the Wave Project (a national community investment company supporting disadvantaged children through surf and stand-up paddle boarding) paddle-boarded up to five miles in fancy dress from the White Water Centre along the Ely River.
Participants who took part in the event live in Barry, Penarth and Cardiff and wanted to support this great project.
All monies raised in Wales will stay in Wales and will enable the Welsh arm of the Wave Project to provide more positive experiences for disadvantaged children.
