PENARTH Cricket Club finished their season on a high with a one-wicket win at Ynystawe.
Batting first, the hosts were bowled out for 194 in the 47th over.
Tom Davies hit 54 for Ynystawe and Mark Thomas starred with the ball taking 3-41 with Ryan Sylvester taking 2-42.
Penarth reached their target in the 39th over but with just one wicket to spare.
Opener Scott Matthews hit 58 to take the bears to victory and help them to a second place finish.
