Dai Randall remains second in the table, after drawing 2-2, against both Grant West and Matt Davies.

Grant also defeated John Nowland 3-1, in a tight match, whilst Matt overcame Neil Thomas 3-1, including his third maximum of the season.

Mark Stevens hangs on to third place, on 11, despite picking up just a solidarity point, also against Neil, with his fifth 180, to take over in that particular table.

The race for the fourth qualification is hotting up with John on 7 points, and James, Matt Davies and Grant on 6.

The Mutineers

Alan Oliver moves 5 points clear at the top after securing another 3 league points, in an excellent display, beating Nathan Rosser 3-0 and with a very close game, resulting in a 2-2 draw against Grant Coombes, moves within a win of qualifying for the final 4.

This result, together with 3-0, over the Sparkle, moves Grant up to second, on 13 points.

Paul Jenkins, with another productive evening, with wins over Mark and Nathan, including his third maximum, also is on the verge of qualification, with 3 games to play.

Again, the fourth spot is up for grabs with 4 players in the hunt.

Singles Cup

The final 3 spots were taken by Matt Stanger, Neil Thomas, with an excellent whitewash over Grant West, and John Nowland with a last leg 17 darter, in a keen game with Matt Davies.

The draw for the last 8, between Alan Oliver, Paul Jenkins, Mark Stevens, Neil Thomas, Dai Randall, Matt Stanger, John Nowland and Grant Coombes, will take place this week.
