THREE Dragons will be involved in Wales' Six Nations opener against Ireland, plus Rodney Parade-bound Will Rowlands.
Hooker Elliot Dee, tighthead Leon Brown and centre Nick Tompkins, who is on loan from Saracens, have been named on the bench for Sunday's clash at Principality Stadium.
Lock Rowlands, who is heading for the Dragons from Wasps next season, is also a replacement.
Back row forward Aaron Wainwright misses out with his Parade predecessors Dan Lydiate and Taulupe Faletau joining forces with Justin Tipuric, with Josh Navidi their cover.
Blindside Lydiate makes his first Wales start since November 2018, with the former Dragons captain brought in to try and combat the physical Irish.
Head coach Wayne Pivac hands a first Six Nations start to former Dragons speedster Hallam Amos. He slots in on the wing with George North starting in midfield.
