HUGHES Frances (Nee Palmer) Passed away after a short illness at home surrounded by her family, on 22nd September, aged 74. Will be sadly missed by her broken hearted family: husband Steve, mum to Juliet, Liz and Anth, mum in law to Hywel, Paul and Karen and Grandma to Ellie and Libby, Phoebe, Harriet and Martha, whom she adored. Resting at James Summers & Son, Lavernock Court, Penarth until the funeral service at The Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill on Monday 6th October at 10.30am. Family flowers only. Donations if so desired to the British Heart Foundation (www.bhf.org.uk/hope) Please meet us at Thornhill and dress to be comfortable: Mum had no preference for everyone to wear black.
