THOMAS Joanna Peacefully on 16th July 2015 at Holme Tower aged 37. Loving wife of Stephen. Devoted Mum to Ella, Step Mum to Rebecca and Iwan. Much loved Daughter of Kathleen and Jeff and sister of Michael. Will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Resting at James Summers & Son, Lavernock Court until the funeral service on Wednesday 29th July at 12.45pm, followed by committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium at 2pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations in Jo’s memory may be made to Marie Curie c/o the funeral directors.
