Kanye West may have dithered for a while over what to call The Life Of Pablo, but he has wasted no time with the cover art for his seventh solo studio album.
On Twitter, he announced the design was by Belgian artist, Peter De Potter.
The concept cover features The Life Of Pablo written in upper case and includes a small family photo in the bottom corner.
The 38-year-old revealed he “cried” writing one of the songs.
Reaction has been decidedly mixed, with some feeling it could have been better.
Those who approved were in the minority.
Others went deep into the meaning of it all.
On Wednesday, the rapper shared a handwritten track list.
The album includes 10 songs, some of which were featured on the last track list West released in January.
Before settling on the title The Life Of Pablo, Kanye changed the name of the record from Swish to Waves.
He has already had a listening party for the album, with his wife Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Kylie Instagramming pictures from the event with the hashtag #SWISH.
Kanye’s Yeezy Season 3 fashion show takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York on Thursday, and it appears he is feeling the strain.
Earlier this week Kanye announced that season 4 of Yeezy will be all children’s clothing.
