BOOKS: All the fun and games will be based around the books of childrens author Julia Donaldson
A PENARTH bookshop is set to host a childrens activity day during the half term school holidays.
Griffin Books, based on Windsor Road, will host the activity day between 10am and 3pm on Wednesday, October 29.
All of the fun and games will be themed around the books of children's author Julia Donaldson, who has written the likes of Room on the Broom, the Gruffalo, What the Ladybird Heard and many more.
The Umpa Lumpa Sweet Shop in Windsor Arcade will be joining in the fun with specially packaged sweet bags on the same theme. Refreshments will be available and there will be 10 per cent off all Julia Donaldson's books for the whole day,
