A HOLLYWOOD legend is coming to Cardiff this December to detail his career and what it was like to play a super villain.

Award winning actor, director and writer Steven Berkoff takes to the St David’s Hall stage on Monday, December 2 to talk about his astonishing career spanning over 50 years in showbiz.

Berkoff is most infamously remembered for his villainous roles as Bond baddie General Orlov in Octopussy, treacherous Russian commander Podovksy in Rambo II and evil art dealer Victor Maitland in Beverley Hills Cop. He even played Adolf Hitler in TV series War & Remembrance.

Also, he’s appeared in iconic films like A Clockwork Orange and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, as well as small screen roles in The Avengers, The Borgias and Doctor Who.

In addition to his Box Office success, Berkoff is a respected writer and director of plays and adaptations including the works of Shakespeare, Poe, Kafka and Wilde.

Away from the spotlight, the Londoner is an acclaimed author and a widely regarded poet.
