LYNN Hunter, a former Penarth resident, will be taking to the stage in a new Christmas production at Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff.

Lynn Hunter, one of the artistic directors of Mercury Theatre Wales will perform in Anamnesis 25.12 from December 16 to 20 which is yet another piece of unique theatre from the company.

Miss Hunter with many stage, television and film performances to her credit has recently finished filming for Russell T Davies’ new channel 4 series Cucumber. Davies is responsible for regenerating Dr Who with his imaginative and creative scripts.

The Cardiff based company produces high quality, innovative and thought-provoking new work which is relevant to audiences.

The show is a piece of superbly written, promenade theatre, which draws on memories of Christmases past and personal experiences, carefully crafted to create a piece of truly unique theatre.

The writing and performances are evocative, provocative and with a hint of otherworldliness.

Directed by Bethan Morgan and with a glittering and well known cast which includes, Lynn Hunter, John Cording, Dean Rehman, Francois Pandolpho, Sarah - Louise Tyler, Louisa Lorey, this is one to put in your diary.
