WELSH Hearts is holding a free drop in CPR and defibrillator training session on Saturday, January 17. Come along anytime from 10am to 1pm for this vital life saving skill at Cowbridge Town Hall, High Street, Cowbridge.

Children of 10 years and above are also very welcome to come along with their parents.

Training will be given in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), a first aid technique that is a combination of rescue breaths and chest compressions and training on how to use a defibrillator which is a life saving machine used to shock a person’s heart back into its normal rhythm after a cardiac arrest.
