THE next Enfys Craft Fair will take place on Saturday, March 7 at the St Francis Millennium Hall, Park Road, Barry.

From 10am until 4pm go along and buy delicious bara brith, lemon drizzle, raspberry and chocolate dream cake and Welsh cakes. There will be many fabric craft products, commissioned paintings of your beloved pets, beautiful jewellery to name a few.

There will be two new crafters who will exhibit their machine embroidery lace and vintage shabby chic pieces, signs and decor.

Refreshments will be available to enjoy.

The charity for March will be Velindre Chick and Chocs.

For a number of years Barbara has been knitting little yellow chicks which ‘hatch’ little chocolate Easter eggs.

All money raised from the sale of these eggs will go to fund cancer research at Velindre Hospital.

At the February fair £73 was raised by the raffle in addition to the sales of jams and marmalade for the Cooking for the Homeless charity.

If you would like more information about the fair or to find out about the free charity table please contact Beryl on 01446 418695 or Cyril on 01446 400149.
