THE first of three festive concerts to be held at All Saints Church, features Seren Singers who will be performing in Penarth for the first time.
The Saturday, December 3 afternoon concert, between 3pm and 5pm, will be filled with festive favourites – from classical choral settings to pop hits including Santa Baby and Winter Wonderland.
Seren Singers' musicians are alumni of the Welsh National Opera, the Welsh International Academy of Voice, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, the BBC National Chorus of Wales and Cardiff Metropolitan, Llandaff and Gloucester Cathedrals.
Tickets for this concert will be available at the door or in advance from ticketsource.
All Saints Church opens its doors at 6pm the following Wednesday, December 7, for festive refreshments followed by a Christmas celebration.
Penarth Community Christmas Celebration will feature the Penarth Community, Llandough Hospital and St Cyres Choirs, Victoria Voices and Victoria Voices Minis.
Proceeds from this concert will go towards Autism Puzzles.
The Cardiff Ardwyn Singers, supported by the CCVG Symphonic Brass return on Saturday, December 10, with their popular Carols by Candlelight.
This concert, as always, has an appeal for children and has an early start of 6pm. Festive refreshments served after the concert.
