OVER the past few months many churches in the Cardiff and Newport Methodist Church Circuits have been working hard to raise money for Morel Court Residential Care Home.
This has been achieved from donations through Christmas cards, coffee mornings, bring and buy and cake sales.
Thanks to the monies raised, Morel Court have been able to purchase a projector, screen and a laptop computer. This equipment will enhance the lives of the residents with the showing of films and visiting speakers who are able to show pictures and services too.
June Mansell, from Morel Court, said: “A big thank you from all of us from Morel Court to the Methodist Women of Britain who have worked so hard to make this possible.”
