DOG owners in Penarth and the Vale of Glamorgan are once again able to walk their dogs along a number of restricted beaches, as of October 1.
Walking dogs along beaches such as the Penarth Seafront, as well as Whitmore Bay in Barry among others, is banned between May 1 and September 30, however that has now been lifted for the winter months.
