THE Vale of Glamorgan classic car show is returning for another year, after the Rotary Club of Dinas Powis announced they would once again be organising this year's event.

The club's annual show – now into its sixth year – selects different charities to benefit each year, with 2018's event set to raise funds for the RNLI and Dinas Powis Scout Troup.

The event will take place at the Sully Sports Club on South Road, Sully, on May 28, 2018. Classic car owners and enthusiasts are invited to attend the event, which is designed to showcase vehicles pre-dating 1990.

Newer vehicles may be considered if they are deemed to be of interest to the public by organisers, however no tracked or commercial vehicles will be permitted.

Trophies will be awarded for the best car and motorcycle on show, while there are also runners-up prizes in both categories.

The event will also feature 'autojumble' stalls, selling a range of hard-to-find car and motorcycle parts and accessories.

Attendees are advised to register online before March 31 for free entry. A late entry fee of £10 must accompany entry forms received after this date, and entries will not be accepted after April 22. Unregistered exhibitors who turn up on the day cannot be guaranteed entry, but if allowed will be charged £10.
