Why park in our street?

WE would like to know why dog walkers have to park in Byrd Crescent to take their dogs for a walk when Cosmeston have got a big car park to park in.
People do get fed-up with coming home to find that dog walkers have parked outside their homes. We all know you can park anywhere when you have tax and insurance, but it is very annoying when there is a big car park in the grounds of Cosmeston.
Please think about the people who live around the area.
