COULD the Brains railway bridge in Windsor Road be repainted a brighter colour?

It looks depressing and in need of TLC - after all, it is the 'gateway' to the Garden by the Sea and the first thing visitors see.

The bridge at Camden Lock, London, is a lovely light blue and also the Caledonian Bridge is a good example.
