St Paul'sChurch

IT would seem that our local councillor has forgotten they are there to represent our views..

Like many other local residents I voted for both clubs to have the use of the church premises, however it seems that the council has other ideas and is intent on putting as many obstacles in their way as possible.

The gym club has helped so many young people over the years and has been given awards for their inclusive work practice and many of their members have gone on to win competition medals. Now the club after being shoved from pillar to post, and one venue to venue, has had to use its hard earned savings, meant for equipment, on rent while the council mess them about again and again. It would seem the council has another agenda for the use of the building and the votes of the local community (who elected them and can also unelect them) are not worth a penny
