THE weather has been particularly inclement recently, and yet I believe there is still a God who looks down on us from behind the clouds.
I have written the following poem to reminds us of this.
Despite the clouds that gather,
Let your hearts be filled with cheer,
For the Lord looks down with tear stained eyes,
And whispers I am still here.
For though trouble may come knocking
Just send the devil away
And the the Lord come flocking
For he listens when we pray
So do not be disheartened
For God knows where you are
And on every new born babies birth,
An angel lights a star.
For though your life seems barren,
The Lord holds it very dear,
And in the storms he offers shelters
And whispers I am here.
