IN view of the recent decision by the Labour run Vale Council to divert £60,000 allocated to the Penarth Renewal Area and spend it on Barry Upper Holton Road Residential Scheme instead.
First question, did our local councillors on that council vote in favour of this decision?
Second question, does our MP Stephen Doughty Cardiff and Penarth, support this decision?
Finally, is Mr Doughty in support of Penarth merging with Cardiff?
Or does he agree with his Labour Party colleagues in the Vale to merge with Bridgend?
What are his views?
Has he consulted with Leighton Andrews with regard to this important subject?
Views please.
