I WAS wondering if you have received any comments about the new tower blocks being built on the old Billy Bank spoiling the view from everyone in Cogan? These tower blocks spoil the sky line of everybody living in Cogan.
They look into mine and many other back gardens an even through my friends skylight onto her bed.
I know I'm not the only one with concerns how much higher these tower blocks are going to go looking into more gardens and spoiling the view even more.
