I WOULD like to take this opportunity to thank all your readers who attended the M&S stand at the Royal Welsh Show this year and joined us for our special charity afternoon tea. Together we have raised more than £860 for The Breast Centre in Cardiff.
On Wednesday, July 22 and Thursday 23 we opened the doors to our Farmers’ Lounge and invited visitors to enjoy sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee in exchange for a donation to help The Breast Centre continue to provide access to dedicated doctors, nurses and surgeons.
We chose to support The Breast Centre Cardiff as a cause that operates in the heart of the city, supporting women in the community through a very difficult time. We would like to thank everyone who helped to make our afternoon tea event such a success and raise much needed funds for this vital service.
