THIS month, Keep Wales Tidy, one of Wales’ leading environmental charities, is urging people across Wales to Be Proud, Be Involved and Be Tidy in one of the country’s largest clean-up campaigns.
We’re so lucky to live in a beautiful country, but unfortunately there’s still the minority of people who don’t take pride and responsibility in their communities and litter is still in issue.
At Keep Wales Tidy, we have a simple and clear message - let’s work together to help keep our places tidy and beautiful. Be Tidy is all about encouraging everyone to get involved in our work - whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or whether this is the first time you’ve taken part in an activity.
This month, you can organise your own event, or join a local Keep Wales Tidy event, to help us to work together to keep our places clean and tidy.
Thanks to the support of Tesco customer’s 5p single use bag charge, we’re giving away free Be Tidy packs, full of useful information and kit to help you take action. Whether you have a day or an hour to spare, go to our website and register for your free Be Tidy pack: keepwalestidy.org/betidy or email betidy@keepwalestidy.org
Thank you for spreading the Be Tidy message and good luck with your event.
