HAVING dropped a treasured piece of jewellery in Penarth recently I was quite overwhelmed when I found it had been handed in close to where it was found.
I am so grateful to the finder but unfortunately they did not leave their name.
I do hope the kind person will see this letter and contact 01633 777221 so that I can thank them personally.
