CARDIFF Airport has seen its satisfaction ratings climb in a recent Which? Magazine poll. The airport has moved up three places in the poll with travellers responding well. The overall satisfaction for the airport has increased around 15 per cent.
Cardiff Airport received a four star rating in the survey after travellers found going through airport security was easy, queues for check in and passport control were good as well as the distance to walk to the boarding gates. Seating provision at the airport was also commended with a four out of five star rating.
Cardiff Airport has been focused on improving customer experience by introducing free WiFi, free baggage trolleys, a free drop off zone outside the terminal, state of the art equipment to enhance passengers’ experience as they pass through security, a refurbished cafe bar area in Departures and new taxi booking and waiting area in Arrivals.
