THE OYSTERCATCHER pub in Penarth has applied for alterations to its premises licence to allow children in the dining area as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Children are currently banned from the area except for access.
The matter will be considered by the Vale council’s licensing subcommittee on Monday, December 15.
