Police want to speak to this man in connection with the theft of a motorbike
POLICE are looking to speak to this man in connection with the theft of a motorbike in Penarth.
A Kawasaki 600 was stolen from outside an address in Barons Court, Penarth, on the evening of Monday March 28.
This man pictured was captured on CCTV in the area at the time.
He is urged to come forward, as is anybody who recognises him.
