KATIE Hooper from Penarth’s St Cyres School year 7 has won two medals, a bronze for patterns and a silver for sparring at the National Taekwondo Welsh Open Championships awards at Under 14s level in Cardiff on Sunday, May 27.
Her family said: “Congratulations to Katie, we are very proud of you. Well done. Thanks to Vicky, Sharron and all at Ely and Penarth Taekwondo for their dedication and the best training.”
