RESULTS from the Dinas Powys Golf Club Ladies Section:
On October 6, an 18-hole Stableford was held: first Sue Bridle 31 points, second Vicki Ellison 30 points and third Angela Brown 28 points.
On October 13, a White Elephant nine-hole medal: first Annie Blackburn 44 - 11 = 33 nett, second Ann Mahenthiralingam 43 - 6.5 = 36.5 and third Sue Bridle 47 - 9 = 38 on back six from Maxine Hird 49 - 11=38 on back six from Angela Brown 49 - 11 =38.
On October 20, Captain's Team versus Secretary's Team nine-hole Matchplay, two clubs and a putter and the Secretary's team won 6 1/2points to 2 1/2points.
On October 27, the first Turkey Trot Medal: first Lisa Ryley 43 - 7.5 = 35.5, on back six from second Vicki Ellison 50 -14.5 = 35.5 and third Pat Gosling 52 - 16 =36.
