Again playing away, Murch bowlers faired better against their Barry opponents secure a win by eight shots. Despite losing the first rink with a player down, the second was a resounding success which more than made up the deficit, giving an overall score of Murch 32-24 Barry Central.

A third away trip in a row saw Murch visit neighbouring Rectory Road in Penarth, where they were beaten after losing two out of the three rinks.
Rink three successfully cut the deficit to 10 shots from 19, giving an overall score of 57-47 in favour of Rectory Road.
